How we control quality
From drawing to delivery
Drawing & Revision Control
Every job is fabricated to the current approved drawing set. Revisions are tracked and coordinated before affected work proceeds.
Shop Drawing Preparation & Review
We prepare shop drawings for client and engineering review prior to fabrication.
Engineering Coordination
Where a project requires engineering input, we coordinate with the engineer of record or provide it directly.
Material Identification & Marking
Material and fabricated components are identified and marked so they can be coordinated with the approved drawings through fabrication, packaging and delivery.
Fit-Up & Dimensional Checks
Assemblies are checked for fit-up and dimensional accuracy before and during welding.
Welding Quality Control
Welding is carried out to procedure, with checks for weld quality through the build.
Fabrication to Approved Drawings & Specifications
Fabrication proceeds once drawings are reviewed and approved, and work is checked against the approved set and project specifications.
Finish Coordination
Where a project specifies a finish — such as hot-dip galvanizing — we coordinate preparation and delivery to the applicable supplier.
Part Identification, Packaging & Shipping Documentation
Completed components are identified, packaged and shipped with documentation to support receiving and installation at site.
